Muftah Alhuruf - Arabic Virtual Keyboard

	Language: Toggle between English and Arabic.
	Virtual keyboard display. Shows current selected keyboard. When English language is selected shows the English keyboard. When Arabic language is selected shows the buttons of the Arabic keyboard.
	Example of one key. The green letter shows the English key for the Arabic letter. The Arabic letter at the buttom is the result without Shift, and the top one is the result with Shift. In this example presing 'e' will print ث, and pressing 'E' (='e'+Shift) will print ُ.
	Select button: use this button to select the text, and then use Copy and Paste to transfer the text.
	Send button: use this button to send the text as an email.
